Cyberhood has become my best friend

"Software we used in the past often got virus, or needed to modification 4 or 5 times in 10 years, during which we were left without machine and had to make do," said Mr. Tsao. "Now, after Cyberhood, our database is still intact. In the past when the system was down, I had to be on site for at 24 hours. Now it takes 15 minutes of my time for re-installation. After that, Cyberhood can do everything else by itself. It takes such a load off my shoulder.

CEO Tsao sees his encounter with Cyberhood is a saving grave. It has been such a solution for problems from the past custom system. Moreover, it has some more future impacts in management.

The future winner is holder of accurate data

Beside being an agency that provides medical equipments and supplies, Chain Wave also assists hopitals to shelter patients who need respiratory care whose medical records are critical for operations, transfers, etc. Chain Wave has an important mission for maintenance and profection of these records.

Mr. Tsao sees from a patient's perspective that, take X-rays for example, "if doctors of different professions can read one X-ray in collaboration and come up with a more affirmative diagnosis, will help grasping of the patient's condition..., the future, will plan and offer Cyberhood platforms to all staff members and medical members wherever they are, to see patients together." Mr. Tsao foresees that the future winner is the holder of accurate information, and Cyberhood's topnotch security has become an important feature in Chain Wave's future blueprint.

Cyberhood charts the future blueprint of Chain Wave

Mr. Tsao's future blueprint also includes sales, "There'll be a POS on Cyberhood platform for hospitals as well as customers." Not only that, Chain Wave plans to go ISO in 2008, build manufacturers that require Cyberhood ERP for production management. They also need KIWI, now WonderBox, to optimize data and help with information on mobiles for a highly efficient workflow.

Complexed distributed system, easy management platform

Chain Wave has over 100 Cyberhood user accounts for their employees, including the medical staff in the hospitals, nurses, RT and manager, in 5 locales over Taiwan, US, and Malaysia. The distributed system work well for all accounts all across the globe.

Communications through Cyberhood has obviously broken the barriers of distance and managements. For example, time setting in the Calendar, and Web Messenger work together to keep messeges intact for all parties concerned. As for Mr. Tsao, whose Workflow has let him work during travel. He can supervise and manage the staff when he's away and on the road.
