Cyberhood collaborative systems help the associations in many ways:

Association news instant messenging: share association activities immediately, including discussion topics and current matter, all via bulletin boards.
Association shares knowledge via WebHDD: with files in systematic classification folders, each member shares their own expertise and valuable resources.
Linking feature saves the paper: Emailing via Cyberhood file link feature allows members to share files with one another without actually sending physical paperwork over. It reduces carbon footprint and saves environments.
Web Metting, Department/Member Calendars and collaborative Bulletin Board: these features lift the restritions of time and place. Each department can publish their bulletins and integrate all affairs at one web conference. Voting, too, moves more effectively in a timely manner.
Cyberhood workflow system: the signers system predefines the flow for everyone to follow. The all-internet collaborative platform let all members who are in different countries and locales share instantly their up-to-date knowledge and experiences in a timely fashion, electronically..
